Hours

Check-in: The Hi Country Haus Recreation Center is a private recreation center open to Owners and Owners Guests of Hi Country Haus Condominiums. A valid Owner ID Card or a Guest Pass must be presented at the front desk for admission. The group leader of large groups (20 or more people) must pre-register the group prior to use of the facility.- The Rec Center is a non-smoking area, and alcohol is not permitted.
- A bike rack is located at the front of the building for your convenience.
- Laundry facilities are available in the Rec Center, the laundy area closes 1/2 hour before the Rec Building.
Pool
- Lockers are available for personal item storage while visiting the Rec Center. There is not overnight or luggage storage available. Keyed lockers are also available and require a deposit of some kind (a room key, driver's license or $5 deposit) for the key.
- There are 4 Hot Tubs and a Pool for your enjoyment. Please do not bring glass of any kind into the hot tub and pool area.
- Waterproof Swim Diapers are required for children using diapers. The Colorado Department of Health requires a Waterproof Swim Diaper to use a public pool. Diapers are available for purchase at the front desk.
- Rental towels are available for $1.00 per towel.
- There No Lifegaurd on duty - Swim at your own risk.
- Children under 18 years: Under 14 must be supervised at all times by an adult who is at least 18 years of age - 14 to 17 may use the pool and hot tubs without supervision once they have been registered by their parents or responsible adult.
- No food or alcohol is allowed.
- No running, diving or jumping in the pool area.
- Please shower before entering the pool area.
- When the pool is crowded, use of balls, floats and playing games is not allowed as a courtesy to the non-participants who are also enjoying the pool.
Game Room
- Amenities: include pool tables, air hockey and various video games.
- All games take quaters and a change machine is available for your convenience.
- The lounge area is open to any Owner or Guest on a first come basis during regular business hours. It is also available to reserve for private meetings during non-business hours. The current fee is $25 per hour.
- Tables are provided for card games and board games.
- A TV (with cable) and DVR are available on a first come first serve basis.
Laundry
- A laundry room with coin operated washers and six dryers. Each machine is $1.50 per cycle.
- A soap dispenser (Tide & Biz) is available for 50 cents a packet
- Do not leave your laundry unattended. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged laundry.
- The cut off time to start laundry is two hours before closing.
